Looks like winter is starting to settle in. Getting those frosty mornings now, with the cold weather in the mix. Frost delays are starting, just like every golf course around us, we just need to practice patience and wait till the frost melts off from the sun.
We got some winter projects going one this year. We're cutting some trees down, dead ones and trying to open some areas up to allow more air movement. Also, a few drains will be put in along with a couple new irrigation heads.
We had a great season and although I'm looking forward to resting a little bit this winter, I'm excited to get next season going just due to the great upgrades we did this year.
